Who we are
A grill run by primos, for everyone who pulls up a chair
Primos means cousins. We grew up around the same grill, arguing about who makes the best carne asada, and we opened Los Primos to settle it in public. Twinbrook was the natural spot: a neighborhood that loves a loud table, a cold margarita and a plate that arrives still sizzling.
